Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms cover your purchase of Murphy's Law for Kids and everything else offered at proudparents.online. Please read them before you buy: by paying, you accept them together with our privacy policy and our refund policy. If anything here is unclear, write to us at [email protected] before you buy.

1. Who sells

Murphy's Law for Kids is sold by Proud Parents, which runs proudparents.online. Contact: [email protected].

2. What you buy

Murphy's Law for Kids is a digital product: PDF files that you download. Nothing physical is shipped. What is included, the format and who it is for are described on the sales page; that is what you buy.

The price is the one shown on the page when you pay. It is final, in US dollars, and it is a one-time payment, not a subscription. We may change prices and promotions at any time; that never affects an order already placed.

3. How you pay

To buy, you enter your email and pay by card in the secure Stripe form, without leaving this page. Stripe is our payment processor. When you pay, your card is saved securely with Stripe so you can add the offers shown right after your purchase with one click (see section 5). We never see or store your full card number. The charge shows up on your card statement as PROUDPARENTS.

Please type your email correctly: that is where your files go. If you made a mistake, email us and we will fix it.

4. Delivery

Delivery is instant: as soon as the payment is confirmed, you see your download page and get an email with a link to every file. The links do not expire. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or ask us to resend it at proudparents.online/resend using the email you bought with.

5. One-click offers after your purchase

Right after you pay, we may show you additional products, each with its price clearly shown. Each one is added only if you tap the button that shows its price, and it is charged at that moment to the card you just used, as a separate purchase. If you do not tap that button, nothing is charged. Each item you add arrives by email right away and is covered by the same guarantee.

6. What you can do with it (license)

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content with your own family. You may print it for your household and give it as a gift to one family. You may not resell, share publicly, post online or redistribute the files or the download links, or use them to create a competing product. All content belongs to Proud Parents or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

7. Guarantee and refunds

You have 30 days from your purchase to ask for a full refund, for any reason: just reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. The details are in our refund policy.

8. No promise of results

The books are educational material for families. What changes at home depends on each child and each family. No text, review or number on this site is a guarantee of results, and the content is not a substitute for professional advice when you need it.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use false or someone else's payment details, abuse the download system, try to access files you did not buy, or open a chargeback without contacting us first. If that happens, we may disable your downloads and refuse future orders.

10. Your data and our emails

We handle your data as described in our privacy policy. When you leave your email, you agree to receive your purchase, a reminder if you left your order unfinished, and occasional emails from us. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor it right away. Order emails (delivery and resends) are always sent, because they are part of the service.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the content, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Each purchase is governed by the version in force when it was made.

13. Disputes

Most problems are solved with one email, so please write to us first at [email protected]. Anything that cannot be solved that way goes before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws where you live.

14. Contact

For any question or complaint about your order: [email protected]. We answer within one business day.
