We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains how the 30-day guarantee for Murphy's Law for Kids works.

30-day money-back guarantee

Read the books with your kid for a month. If you don't see a difference, we refund you in full, within 30 days of your purchase. No questions, no forms, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Reply to any email we sent you, or write to [email protected] from the email you bought with. That's it. We process refunds within one business day.

When the money arrives

The refund goes back to the same card, through Stripe, for the amount you paid. Depending on your bank, it shows up 5 to 10 business days after we process it.

The extra items

What to Say Instead and each book or kit you added after your purchase are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. You can ask for a refund of one item or of everything; if we refund part of your order, the rest stays available.

Your files

You can keep everything you already downloaded. After a full refund, the download links stop working.

Before a chargeback

The charge shows up on your card statement as PROUDPARENTS. If you don't recognize it or something is wrong, please email us before disputing it with your bank: we solve it faster, and a refund is always easier than a dispute.
